Yoga helps bring the chaos of the mind into stillness, allowing us to feel more unified in our selves, bringing mind, body, and soul into alignment. Through this practice, one has the potential to feel invigorated, limber, strong, healthy, and balanced. As the body opens, often the mind follows, and we are able to observe our personal transformation with curiosity and joy. I believe that everyone can benefit from yoga, as the practice of yoga comes in many forms and can be adapted to fit anyone’s specific needs.
